Just to confirm, is this happening with only one user or with all users you have created a Blend playlist with?
On another note, we recommend making sure that "Private Session" is off and that you're listening to music not only from other recommended playlists like Discover Weekly or Daily Mix, but through the Search option as well.
Lastly, we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure you're running the latest version.
