if I want to play a different song that is not in a playlist, I get this and does nothing more
does anyone know how to solve this (reinstallation does not work)

We know this may sound simple, but a quick reinstall may do the trick. If not, make sure to have Autoplay enabled, and try again.
If it's still not working, try with another device, switch to another network if possible, and let us know how it goes 🙂
