cannot login to chromebook web player with facebook

hi there.

i am having an issue logging in to my free spotify account using my facebook details. this has been happening for the past month or so now. i click on the facebook login bar and 'incorrect username and password' come up every time. i have tried clearing my cache and browsing history and using the incognito window mode and neither have been effective.

how do i resolve this issue? i should mention that i moved from spain to italy a month ago which may have affected my ability to login. can anyone help me?
