cant get spotiify on my new reciever.

trying to get my reciever setup but its not accepting my username and password.  i usually do it through facebook but thats not the right name and password. any suggestions

You will need to read and follow the instructions here to retrieve your device username and set your device password for use when logging in on your receiver.
