Regards! I want to know if I could create a collaborative list for only one friend. I readed that if I create this type of list all my friends can add or remove song, but I want create one for only one friend.

You can create a playlist and make it collaborative by following these steps:

Only friends with the link can edit the playlist. Be sure not to share the link with people that you don't want to have access to the playlist.
