My friend made a collaborative playlist, but I can't see it on my account. When I looked on someone else's account, it was there, though.

Hey @elizabethmm Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

What i would recommend is to log off and relog back in. Sometimes this is needed to resync the account information back onto your account.
