connection of devices in Spain

we have a premium account and understand that we can use spotify world wide whilst we are away in Spain. However, we have encountered issues when attempting to connect our amazon alexa. Can anyone assist / advise please?

You can use this guide to make sure the speaker is linked properly. In case you encounter an error along the way, let us know on which step and what the error message is. We'd gladly take a look!
 

Tip: if you are traveling and want to play on Alexa speakers that aren't yours, you can give the voice command "Alexa, Spotify Connect".
