i closed my chromebook in the middle of an ad and i reopen the computer and the ad was frozen there i let it be for a few days and today i tried deactivating and reactivating my account but it is not working.
Are you using the app or the web player? If you're using the web player please try to use the web player in the incognito mode of your browser. Clearing your browser cache/cookies can also help sometimes. ^^
