We aren't quite sure about the specific issue you have, but from what you've given us, if you're trying to install Spotify on Desktop then it's likely another version of the app is already installed. Usually this happens when the version from the Microsoft store is installed and you try installing the one from out site, or vice versa. Consider checking all installed programs and if there is already an instance of Spotify present, you can just use that. Alternatively, you can uninstall that version and then install the one you want.
