If you're having issues with your payment, we'd recommend trying the following:

• Make sure your card is issued in the same country as the one set on your Spotify account, otherwise the system won't accept it.
• Try subscribing through and incognito browser window on a Desktop. This way you'll avoid issues caused by cache and cookies.

If the issue is still occurring, send us a screenshot of the error messages you're getting.
