how do i connect firefox to spotify?

If you're receiving an error message when trying to play Spotify from the Web Player, we'd recommend clearing cache of your browser or trying from an incognito/private window to see if it makes any difference. 

Also, make sure you're not using a VPN, as it may affect the proper behavior of the app. If you have one active, we'd suggest turning it off while using Spotify.

If the issue persists after that, we'd also suggest trying with a different Wi-Fi network. In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it on.
