[iOS][Playlists] I can't change my playlist cover photo!!!

I have tried multiple images, I have quit the app and restarted my MacBook Air, but nothing works. I am using the Spotify desktop app. Every time I try and save the image, it says there has been an error. Please help

I used to have a photo I uploaded as the cover to a playlist. I tried updating it and got an error message that I could not update it. Attempting to change it also removed the original photo and defaulted to a cover made up of four squares of artists in the playlist. I tried re-uploading the original photo, but I continue to get the same error message. I've read the forums and saw recommendations for image dimensions and file size. I've worked with 1600x1600 and 300x300 all under 1MB, but I keep getting the same error. I tried restarting Spotify and restarting my computer. Nothing seems to work. I've attached a screenshot of the error message. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
