if you make a playlist secret on spotify can people who follow the playlist still see it?

I'm wanting to make a playlist secret so the only person who follows it can see it, but I'm afraid if I make it secret they won't be able to see it.

Any person who is already following the playlist or has the URI code can still listen to it, even if you make it secret.
