it seems like you guys promoting some songs by play it randomly when we never historically play it

hi,,, i iust noticed that theres some songs from certain kpop artist from same company (sometimes also happen to pop artist) that keep popping when im playing songs shuffle while i never touching their songs before and its so annoying, i suggest that shuffle song will appear as user preferences and history? i hope theres no monetization to promote some songs and artists.. just use your ad feature efficiently

If you're playing your tracks in shuffle, you shouldn't be getting any added songs that are not present in the playlist/album you're listening to if you have a Premium subscription. So first, we'd recommend checking if you've the Smart Shuffle feature active as this function may add similar songs to your playback. If so, turn it off to see if it makes any difference. 

Keep also in mind that the Autoplay function will play similar songs when you reach the end of the playlist/album you were listening to. To avoid this, we'd recommend turning the Autoplay off by following the steps mentioned here. 

Lastly, if the tracks are playing in the middle of your playback, we'd also recommend performing the security process mentioned here under the section "Still have access to your account?" just in case.
