i am sorry for my poor english it is not my language !!
i am wondering if someone got the same problem.
i was already premium member on sporify and i changed to rogers with their offer spotify free 24 months
on rogers side everything seem to be ok it show me im connected premium but on spotify its marked im on a free !!
is that making sense
I am having this same issue, I had (and still do for a couple days) a premium subscription, which I cancelled prior to linking to rogers. On my rogers account it shows my spotify username, but spotify shows my premium subscription ends 2016-06-07.
I contacted Rogers and they told me to contact Spotify. Spotify support told me to send a screenshot, which i did, and then haven't heard back since.
I am having the same problem. I go through the linking process on the Rogers web site, but I receive the message "Request in process."
