You can login to the website to check the status of your subscription here:

Double check if you linked the correct Spotify account to Rogers. If so, in that page you should see yourself as Premium.

I am having this same issue, I had (and still do for a couple days) a premium subscription, which I cancelled prior to linking to rogers.  On my rogers account it shows my spotify username, but spotify shows my premium subscription ends 2016-06-07.

I contacted Rogers and they told me to contact Spotify.  Spotify support told me to send a screenshot, which i did, and then haven't heard back since.

I am having the same problem. I go through the linking process on the Rogers web site, but I receive the message "Request in process."

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

Having the same issue. I had premium downgraded to free signed up with Rogers. Un installed Spotify. Etc etc. And still doesn't work.

Spotify has support!? Wow. I can't find it anywhere. Maybe I'll see if Rogers can switch me over to showmi

Check the status of your subscription here:

If it appears as Free, you should do the Rogers registration process again:
