My Question or Issue
music album covers are not displayed. Before switching to this phone model, everything worked.I tried to reinstall and look in the settings, everything is displayed in the standard image of the android lock screen
Hey @s4pernik,
Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community. We're happy to help.
Can you perform a clean reinstall? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
If you have an SD card we suggest that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app.
Keep us posted. We're always one reply away.
Take care!
I did everything as described - it did not help
Hey @s4pernik,
Thanks for getting back to us.
The fact that the album covers got displayed correctly on your previous phone indicates that the issue lies with the new device itself. Could you check your OS for available updates and make sure that Spotify is excluded from all battery optimization and cache clearing services? It's also a good idea to see if all app permissions are enabled.
If that doesn't fix things we'd appreciate screenshots of what you see at your end. Please include also Spotify version of the device you're using. Once we have those we'll happily take a closer look and get to the bottom of this.
Keep us posted, we'll be on the lookout for your reply.
There are no services that restrict the operation of the application.Permissions are everything. No system updates are required.

Hey there again @s4pernik,
Thank you for your reply.
We're sorry for the confusion. As we looked deeper into this it seems like it's expected behavior since Every Android OS is different and can have different features. Spotify isn't the one who decide what it looks like on the lock screen, it's the developer.
If you have any questions we're always one reply away.
Take care!
