music is not playing

the music is not playing on the webplayer or the downloaded one on my computer like i press play on a song then it pops up on the side like normal but it does not play it just skips around from song ot song not playing any of the songs ansd i press the play button on the side also and it still does not play. I went to youtube and my sound system works.
