music won't sync or play offline

anyone know how to solve this problem? says someone from somewhere else may be using my account?

Could you describe your problem a little bit more? 

You mean that your music won't sync or play in offline mode?

 

Have you already tried something basic like logging out, and logging in afterwards?

I can play music and save it to my music when I am connected to wifi but as soon as I am offline it is very hard to play as it can't get synced to play offline. yes i have.

Okay. 

If you're Premium user you should be able to mark a playlist to be available offline. Spotify will then download all songs, and once downloaded they should be ready for offline use (which you can test by enabling Offline mode at your settings).

 

Unfortunately you can't use Spotify offline as Free user.

 

So, are you a Premium or Free user?

yes i am a premieum user. usually when you add a song to your music a green arrow will be to the left of it, meaning it is synced and you can listen to it offline. recently though these songs added to my music are not showing me this. very confused.

1. open spotify

2. Hit the "available offline" button

3. ERROR message

DL the songs

 

Did you restart your device when troubleshooting in section B?

Yes

 

Did you read the connection troubleshooting tips?

Yes  but cant not manualy delete cashe Using File explore Access denied....

looks like1.8 gig  spotify cashc internal  can not be deleted

Thanks for your help but i cant delete spotify  with es file manager....looks like spotify is the only one that can delelte these "cashe"

files
