my computer and phone's spotify is not working each other how can i fix tha

my phone's liked songs play list ist about like 1.486 song but my computer's is 1.455 how can i fix this

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out via the forum.

To start I recommend that you log out > back in twice in a row on the computer in order to resync your account and device. 

Additionally, let us know if this also happens in the Web Player. When it comes to the Spotify app, make sure to enable Local Files (if you've got any) in Settings > Your Library > Show Local Files. Keep in mind, however, that Local Files are not supported in the Web Player.
