I had the 48 hr free trial and was able to use the app. I have an HTC windows phone. I signed up for the 30 day free trial and premium yesterday and now I can't play anything. When I pick a song or album it's just clocking. Also there is no me u or drop down to choose radio anywhere that I can find so I haven't figured out how to use that feature, which is why I wanted it to begin with. I can't find anyone who uses Spotify and the help is not helping. I am a bit technologically backward I guess
