My Question or Issue

Spotify pauses for about 4 seconds at the beginning of each song (9 second mark).

I use a chromebook and recently had to upgrade the chrome browser because Spotify said it no longer supported the version I was using.  Does this have something to do with it?  My inner conspiracy theorist thinks that Google is messing with my Spotify.  Whatever is going on,  this pause problem is seriously impacting my enjoyment of Spotify.  Help!!!

Thanks for telling us about this! We'd like to help you enjoy Spotify further! 

Please make sure you update your Operating System by following this guide.

It's also good to run a clean reisntall of the app to make sure it is up-to-date as well.
