playing my premium offline on my mobile tablet

I am a groovy 72 year old rocker (not) but I enjoy my premium on my main HP laptop which appears to work when off line. . However when I take my minilaptop (HP) on holiday and I go offline , all of the playlists and music shows in dim and nothing plays . Message says offline but green tabs say I have downloaded everything. . Keeping it in non gobledegook lamguage- can anyone tell me what I have not selected or pressed. At the moment I am in spain using a neighbours wifi enjoying everything but when she goes out and switches off Nada ! (nothing) and no WIFI connection shows.
