playlists disappears

Hi, I have a premium account that I run on my win phone 8 and my win 8 laptop, I also have the account setup on my logitech radio.

My problem is that when I create a new playlist it dissappares after a while (1-2 days). It doesn't matter where I create the playlist (phone or laptop).

I've also noticed that when I delete the default playlists (Rock, Chil etc) they come back - as id the account is reset.


Anyone able to help? Its really annoying 😞

I have to say this is the first time I have ever heard of this behaviour! 


Since this might require a little technical digging, I would suggest you get in touch with the Spotify team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate what on earth is going on here for you! 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
