"Can't find server" error for Sonos

"Can't find server" error for Sonos

Just got a premium subscription (still in 30-day free trial period).

When I try to link Spotify with my Sonos system, I click on the link and get the following error message:

"Safari can't open the page "https://spotify-sr2.ws.sonos.com/deviceLink/home?linkCode=XXXXX" because Safari can't find the server spotify-sr2.ws.sonos.com"

 

Using a Mac and I've signed in and out of Spotify to make sure that wasn't the problem.

I have confirmed that the premium subscription has been recognised.

Since that is a Sonos website, I would suggest getting in touch with them.

Since that is a Sonos website, I would suggest getting in touch with them.

As a followup - just tried again and it worked fine.

 

Must have been a temporary glitch on the Sonos site.
