I try to reinalll spotify on my ipad. If I tap the button to log in or ask for help, I get the message

In this case, would you mind sharing with us the exact make/model and OS along with the Spotify version you are currently running?

On another note, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.

Lastly, just to confirm, is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Ethernet? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using?
