redeem premium, it asks for my address but doesn’t allow me to add it.

This is an ongoing problem. I’ll try to redeem my premium but when I go to redeem it, it says error accrued and says I need to insert my address but will not let me put it in.

As a first step, can you please try again using a different device and a different connection by a different provider? Also, is it possible to send us a screenshot of the error message you're receiving so we can investigate further?
