remove podcast from ' your shows '

About a week ago I accidently clicked on some anime asmr podcast and now it shows up whenever I open the Spotify app under the 'Your Shows' tab. I was wondering if there was a way to remove podcasts from 'Your Shows', as I would rather not have borderline p*** podcasts show up whenever I open the app. I have looked everywhere on the app and have not found any solutions besides listing to random podcasts untill the one I don't want gets pushed out of the most recent ones. and I was wondering if there was a solution.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

Currently, it's not possible to remove content from the Home screen. 

However, it looks like other users would like to have this option too and posted the following ideas: 

• [All Platforms][Podcasts] Option to disable or hide podcasts entirely
• [All Platforms] Customize Start Screen 
• [Mobile][Other] Remove or manage “Your top podcasts” from mobile home screen

You can add your Vote to them. Despite their current status, you can still add your vote to them and if anything changes in the future, we'll make sure to keep everyone updated over there.

The Idea Exchange is a great way for us to see what our users are interested in and how many people like a certain idea.

It seems to me that many people have asked for this as I can find posts about it for several years back. It is clear that voting does nothing and Spotify has no intention to allow us to do this. I also do not like that I can’t remove items and I believe it could be a very simple update.

This continues to be a request from many paying customers and yet Spotify has done nothing to try to address this issue. Many paying customers have Apple CarPlay in their vehicle and of course "Your Shows" pop-up on the screen. I don't mind it but when I am giving a ride to my niece I'd like to have things not advertising in her face. Fix this ASAP!
