repeat and shuffle buttons not working, they appear to be greyed out

I have premium and the repeat options and shuffle are greyed out on the windows 11 app, the online browser listening, and on the iOS app. This just started today, and I tried the apparent work around that was listed in a different thread of trying the online listening in the browser to fix itself but alas that was not fruitful.

In this case, we'd like to gather as much info as possible. Would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? This'll help us to better visualize what you kindly mentioned.


On another note, is this happening on a specific album, playlist, or does it happen on whatever content you try to play? It'd be really helpful if you send us the make/model and OS of all the affected devices, along with the exact Spotify version you have running on all of them.


Finally, is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using? Since you mentioned this is happening on both your desktop app and web player, you can create, if possible, a hotspot from your phone. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
