shared account only one playlist available

My wife and I share a premium account. We each have our own saved music. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and I only have her music. Where did mine go and how do I get it back?

Go to your user account (At the top, to the right)
Restore deleted playlists ( If they are present )



Thanks for the info, unfortunately there was not any music there. Any other ideas?

It could be that your account has been accidently duplicated.

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 



If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
