smart recommendation not working

hi i pressed shuffle and it should mix songs that they recommend into my playlist but it doesn't 😞 is there a fix

Could you share more info on your experience? A short screen recording would be best. What's the brand, model and operating system of the device you're using the app on or are you using the web player?
