spotify account verschwunden

ich wollte mir einen neuen spotify-account zulegen,wofür ich mich erstmal von meinem gerade geüffneten account ausgeloggt habe.ich wollte einige tage später wieder auf mein altes konto zugreigen,konnte es aber nicht.da habe ich versucht das mit facebook zu machen,da das konto damit verbunden war,aber dann bin ich auf den neuen account gekommen,was kann ich den jetzt tun,um wieder auf mein altes konto zu kommen.ich hatte darauf nämlich spotify premium und schon eine monatsrate bezahlt.
