spotify connect via cisco 2960

Hi,

I've connected both the web-radio and the access point by LAN to my network (plus some other devices). All network devices are connected by a cisco 2960x switch. 

When I connect my mobile phone to the WLAN and try to play songs on the web-radio, I can select the web-radio in the spotify-app on my mobile phone, but the connection request times out.

When I bypass the cisco switch (direct connection between the access point and web-radio) my app connects an I can play songs on the web-radio.

What can I do?

I I performed a factory reset to the web radio and now it works.
