spotify "no selections available" using sonos

spotify "no selections available" using sonos

im trying to play content that was synced via itunes and while i can see the playlists listed on the sonos app on the ipad.  The app tells me "no selections available" for all content.

 

how can i resolve this issue?

Exact same problem for me, any tips or help?

Anyone? Any help gratefully received! My iTunes playlists show in spotify on the Sonos app, but when you open them all that is shown is 'no selection available' . In the standalone spotify app the iTunes playlists work fine. Thanks

Having same issue! Changed password twice, yet the sonos does not reconize my credintals????
