sync songs to iphone

Hello, im experiencing an issue with songs I downloaded. They are downloaded on my PC and added to a different playlist rather than my main, and the playlist on my iphone says there are 11 songs. However, when i click that playlist it pops up saying "Want to add songs to playlist?" It doesnt show any of the songs i added on my iphone but it does show up on my pc. I've tried saving the songs but that didnt work. please help me figure out how i can be able to download and listen to my songs on my iphone.. both of my devices are connected to te same internet. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
