sync with Windows Phone

Hello everybody
I have problem in my Windows Phone with Spotify (I have a premium account).The songs in "my music" are the same of my other two devices (android and ios) but in these songs are reay to listen off-line but on windows phone the appear off line (and phone says "suspended sync") also with playlists (that are no saved in the other two phones.I use Spotify on windows phone saves in a micro SD card.Please help.I use wifi to sync
