My Question or Issue

“We have a Premium account and have reached the limit for offline devices. One of the devices is broken but still counts as having downloads. How can we remove the downloads from that device?”

Thanks for posting your question in the Spotify Community.

 

If you don't have access to the device, removing it can only be done through Support: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.

 

Additionally, check this idea, Bring Back the Offline Devices List page posted on the Ideas board. Even though the status is set as Not right now, it doesn't mean the idea has been rejected. You can add your vote in the thump up icon and subscribe to the idea to get notified as soon as there are any updates about this feature.
