username with special character on roku

Hi

I am glad to see that Spotify has come to Roku LT. Unfortunately my username contains an 'é' (note the accent), and I can't seem to be able to enter it... Can anybody help me out? Thanks

I would suggest you get in touch with the Spotify team directly using the online contact form and ask them to look into this for you. I am aware that there are issues regarding usernames and passwords with special characters across many of the hardware partner platforms. The support team will be able to give you more in detail instructions on what to do.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
