web player listening devices

I seem to not be able to play any music on the web player. This is only just started to happen. I have tried refreshing, signing out everything, but nothing seems to fix it. Even if I click on one of them, it does nothing, and I cannot scroll up or down the list.

Whoa, that's quite ...impressive, honestly!

I think signing out from everywhere, and then trying again could work at this point.

Do this:

Go to your Spotify account and click on 'Sign Out Everywhere', this will close all of your open Spotify sessions.

Log back into your web player and see if the issue has been cured.


Other things that could help:

clearing cache and (Spotify) cookies.

this in the web player: click on your username below the 'Install App' link. Choose 'Full website' and click on any albums/playlists proposed under 'Looking for music?'.
