web player not let me log in

web player not let me log in

Im using google chrome on mac os, after i log in the website reload and after it shows a popup, saying some trouble happend; this problem happend too in wondows so i don`t know where is the issue.

If you're still having issues with the web player, we'd recommend deleting your browser's cache and cookies. You can also make sure that it is up to date.

 

In case this doesn't do the trick, we'd suggest taking a look at this article for more useful tips and info about the web player.

Still not working, I think it is just this version of Mac OS, because the app Spotify stop working I mean that when I enter a playlist it saws that is empty, ad that playlist is made by Spotify.

When it comes to the web player - can you try in a private/incognito window?

 

We also suggest that you run a clean reinstall of the desktop app to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

I already did it but neither solution works .

Can you try with another internet connection to see if the issue persist?

Also - log in with another account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if you have the same experience.

the solution is that the local cache is blocking Spotify.Solution in MAC and Windows: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Mac/Songs-not-Playing/m-p/4672664#M536658
