when logged in spotify can't find a podcast which should be available

When i want to open this podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/4j2PDeDcI7VHYAFoPVZZqv

there's always an exception message shown regardless if i use the webplayer, the android app or the windows application when im logged in. If I use a private Tab without beeing logged in, i can view the podcast page in browser.

all messages are in german:
Message in webplayer: "Seite wurde nicht gefunden" ("page not found")
Android App: "Irgendwas ist schiefgelaufen" ("something went wrong")
Windows App: "Seite wurde nicht gefunden" ("page not found")

at first glimpse on the browser dev tools, the problem seems to be with getting the subtitles.

Its an new german podcast, published as spotify original.
My accounts country is also germany.

Seems, i've faced the maximum amount of text...

So additionally:
a friend of mine, also with a german premium account, can show and hear the podcast without any problems.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you share your Spotify username of the account you're not seeing the podcast on? We'll be then able to relay the info to the right team. 5 days after that you'll be able to see the podcast on the mentioned account.

We've passed your info and you should be able to see the podcast within 5 working days. 

On another note, we removed the usernames you sent from your post for security reasons.

This content is not available at the moment. Spotify works hard to constantly add different podcasts & music to its database and we're always making feature tests and improvements with our content. 

We get how this creates confusion, so we've relayed your feedback onto the right folks, who'll look into it. You should be able to see and enjoy this podcast soon.
