why can't I listen to music even though I have premium plan?

I bought the premium duo months ago, so I could download music and listen to it offline; at first it was working but as weeks passed it won't let me listen to my playlists even though I downloaded them, I just checked the settings of my account and it said " Offline mode (unavailable now) I googled my problem already and it said that it could probably be my storage so I deleted a lot of things but is still not working, please someone help me out I feel like I'm wasting my money.

Could you let us know how much storage you have available?

And, aside from this, we can also try some troubleshooting here.
Have you tried logging yourself into another mobile / desktop app to see if the issue persists there as well?

If it doesn't, I'd first recommend getting a fresh complete clean reinstall of the app 🙂
