wrong album language

I live in Poland but I set the language to English as I do not speak Polish. However a lot of things are still displayed in Polish, like album titles. How can this be fixed.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

First off, we'd recommend that you make sure you perform all the steps here.

As a second step we'd suggest logging out and then logging back in two times in a row on your phone. It sounds a bit odd, but it forces a sync between the account and your device and might fix  this. 
 

On another note, this might be happening if your device's language is set to Polish. If that's the case and you'd like to see the option to change it, check out this Idea here. You can hit the "Thumbs up" button to support it, so that it would have a better chance of being considered, as Spotify always strives to improve your experience. Keep in mind that despite its status, it's still open for voting and may hopefully get implemented once it reaches the necessary amount of votes.
