wrong username/password nokia E52

hey community,

 

i'm trying to login via my nokia e52 and it alwas says "wrong username/password".

my research resolved in this link:

https://www.spotify.com/de/account/set-device-password/

but they don't send me any email (the email adress they show is right).

 

so i sent a email to the support who sent me here. Maybe you know what to do.

(on my android device spotify works perfectly with my normal login data).

Sounds like you got an automated response from a no-reply address. Just reply to it and one of the support staff will get in touch 🙂 If you haven't heard back in 48 hours, drop the case number in here and I'll get it chased up for you.
