Sorted a good mix of songs of 160-165 BPM, so that it is good to job to. Land your foot to the beat to keep the pace and feel in sync with the songs.

Inhale and exhale on only one side of the step. I prefer right step.

 

I am from Singapore. Work places are closed, social distancing and wearing masks are required, and we are allowed to exercise. I love my evening /early morning runs.
