Each week, we discuss songs in our podcast that match a music-related theme and then create a running playlist for our listeners that is perfect for completing a 5k distance.
We only play clips of songs during the podcast itself. Then a music playlist is released via Spotify.
The guests we often feature are experts in the theme. For “Band Week” we had a member of a local band, for “Disney Week” we had a Disney theatre extraordinaire!
The breadth of our music themes ensures there’s something for everyone, while also giving our listeners the opportunity to learn something about the music that we select each week.
While music and running go together hand-in-hand, they are also two incredibly universal concepts that can be enjoyed and practiced by anyone, anywhere, with huge mental and physical benefits.
