Hey guys,

I've been making record label playlists for a while now to create an overview and archive collection of one record label. It's not that hard to do, just type:"labelname" in the search box and you can view the label releases. The hardest part is to copy/paste all the albums one by one in one list. Because the tracks that are shown when you view the results list is not a complete list. For example, i made a Soul Jazz Records list. I collected 621 tracks, but when i look at the results list there's only 100 tracks. 

Anyway, here is the first playlist on Evasion Disques, a swiss record label. Founded by Gaston Schaefer and François Vautier. I have only included there releases from the 70s, french pop, psychedelica and jazz.

So I'm not the only one who loves to collect catalogs from a label in order to include all of the tracks in a playlist! Anyway, in my profile you can find dozens of record labels, mainly from EDM, techno and trance, collected, like my username suggests. New labels are added almost everyday, and the existing ones are updated every day in order to include the newest tracks, the day they get released.

Hey @labelscollected  wanted to share these with you from All Good Records (funk / soul / jazz collective based in Detroit). 

GRiZ founded the label but what stood out for me in particular was SunSquabi. Check out their playlist below, it's got some great stuff from the label as well as some more tunes catered to their sound. Live electronica inspired by blues, old-school funk and jazz. Thought you might like to check it out as well @Jazzwhatever!

Thanks for sharing. Never heard from Griz before, but i guess millions of others have 🙂 Anyway, the purpose of the recordlabel playlist is to give an overview of the whole label. In my opinion this playlist isn't complete, but it's a nice start.

Hi. how about a playlist for Avant Records ?

Before John Zorn started his own Tzadik label, he was currently curating that japanese (sub?)label owned by DIW/isk Union. It was pretty much "Tzadik before Tzadik", ie everything from jazz to avant-garde. Some of those are available on spotify since end 2015 I think, found 34 out of the 80+ discs released back then...

PinkStar Records, part of the Swiss label group Sirup, has been active since 2006 and releasing mainly progressive house music.

The early years (2006-2009) have been all about progressive house, with releases from world-renowned producers such as EDX, Mischa Daniels and... yes, Tim Berg aka Avicii.

In the second chapter (2010-early 2014), PinkStar has successfully tried to update its sound, by focusing on progressive / big room house and leaving its footprints in this genre's history, thanks to bangers by the likes of EDX, Disfunktion, Sebastian Krieg and the worldwide smash hit composed and remixed by Tim Berg, Avicii's Arena Mix of Bromance.

The current sound of the label (late 2014-2017) is mostly focused on future house and simply house, adopting a slower pace but keeping the typical PinkStar style alive. Antonio Giacca, Federico Scavo, Judge Jules and DBN are the most well-known artists in this timespan of PinkStar's life.
