I sometimes think when I'm really sad, it's nice to have music that puts how I'm feeling into words. I've collected lots of songs for the past few years that I can cry to when I need to let it all out. I love these songs because they're not just about breakups or losing someone, a good handful of them are about internal sadness and loneliness within yourself, which I think everyone can relate to on some level.
