How is this done I'd like a garth brooks playlist, as spotify doesn't have any of his music...
Ok I get that, but how would I see if any else has uploaded it?.... My itunes is currently emoty, it's why i switched spotify... I accidentally erased al of my stuff on it..
Do you have your CDs? I'd be much better to rip them, than rely on Apple.
I have the cds, just no way to copy them over to my laptop... It doesn't have a disc drive.. I am searching for an external disc drive to attach to it
Hopefully a friend has one, or an old laptop with one, so you could rip them.
I can borrow my friend's laptop. I'll rip them to that using windows media player, then i'll bump them onto a flash drive. Once I do that how do I go about adding them to my spotify and share them so others might be able to use them?....

I'd rather use something better to rip your CDs, like EAC. It's freeware and much better than anything else:
Tagscan is a great MP3 editor, which you may need:
Once you have them, you can import them in Spotify as Local files, but you won't be able to share them.
You can use EAC in your friend's laptop. It doesn't require install. :)
The other one is for when you have your ripped tracks copied to your machine, and you may need to edit the files' tags.
