AI music is not real music

I am working as a data engineer for a huge company in Germany. That means I am creating data for AI and more. I do know how it works. Any result of AI is based on data which got created by real persons. Now Spotify is creating music on the base of the real Artists. I think that is not legal. That's why I will cancel my contract now. I hope most of the artists will do the same. Cause Spotify will make a lot of money with nothing but some cheap servers and your music! This makes it possible to at least double the income without paying real artists.
