Today marks the 23rd annual International Day of Persons with Disabilities. As clarified by the United Nations: “The observance of the Day aims to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights, and well-being of persons with disabilities.” (source).
The Spotify Podcasts team would like to welcome you to join us in celebrating the lives of the disabled in our community, as well as raising awareness in the many ways that we can seek to better understand and support the lives of people with disabilities around the world.
In observation of the special day, we’ve put together a list of podcast episodes aimed at inclusivity, support, and awareness towards the disabled population. Feel free to check out some of our picks below, or listen to the entire playlist at the bottom of this page.
